Express comments are short citizen comments (a few sentences). For full legal filings with attachments, use the Standard Downloader instead.

What are Express Comments? Express Comments are short citizen comments submitted directly through the FCC's online form. This tool fetches them all from the ECFS API and exports them to .xlsx format, ready for analysis.
⚠️ A download is already running — starting another may slow both down. Both jobs share the same API quota, so they may hit rate limits more often and take longer to complete.
🔍 Proceeding Details
Enter the FCC docket number exactly as shown in ECFS (e.g. 17-108, 26-125).
Filter comments containing specific keywords.
By default, an identical earlier export is reused. Check this to fetch newer comments from the FCC instead.
Recent exports (shared)

Exports are dated snapshots shared by all users. A snapshot holds comments as of its extraction time and does not include later filings. Use Refresh from FCC for newer comments.
